QUALITY CHECKS
At every single stage during the process, we have a well structured & standard procedure for quality checks:
Procurement – Moisture limit, Foreign contamination, Color, Size, damage, purity etc.
Warehousing – selection of storage structure, cleaning & fumigation, cleaning of bags, separate storage for old & new stock, use of cover baggage, proper aeration, periodical inspection etc
Packing – Weights, Measurement, labeling, bag tests, stitching, sealing etc.
Logistics – Fumigation of Lorry, time record, prompt delivery etc.
